[MDC-461] simetbox-openwrt-simet-ma: remove LMAP config on pkg update

Remove the non-hardcoded config (typically downloaded from controller)
when the ipk is installed.  This reduces the critical issue surface
should the new hardcoded config be incompatible with the old schedule.
